1. Nature of the Product

All templates, instruments, and materials provided under the House of Delsol-Nicolaas Trust — including but not limited to notices, affidavits, trust deeds, educational materials, and Living Law guides — are digital intellectual works created for private educational and research use under Natural Law.

Once a document is delivered electronically, it is deemed instantly accessible and therefore non-returnable due to the nature of digital goods.

2. No Refunds Policy

All sales and exchanges of templates, handbooks, or digital documents are final.
Because access to the material cannot be revoked once provided, no refunds or chargebacks will be granted after purchase or download, regardless of perceived suitability, misunderstanding of purpose, or user inaction.

By purchasing or downloading any Document, the user acknowledges:

• that the material is provided “as is” for private educational use;
• that no specific outcome, legal result, or statutory recognition is guaranteed; and
• that the user assumes full responsibility for any interpretation or application of the content.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same item; or
• Verified technical failure resulting in non-delivery of the purchased document.
