1. Purpose and Lawful Use

These templates, notices, and instruments (collectively, “Documents”) are provided for educational, research, and private use only within the framework of Natural Law, Living Law, and private contract between living men and women.
They are not legal advice under corporate or statutory jurisdictions, nor are they to be construed as creating an attorney–client or fiduciary relationship.

2. Intellectual and Moral Rights

All Documents remain the intellectual and moral property of the author, Shulaika Beatrix: of the House of Delsol-Nicolaas.
Reproduction, modification, or redistribution—whether in part or in whole—for commercial or public use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of the author or the House of Delsol-Nicolaas Trust.
Proper acknowledgment is required for all permitted educational citations or references.

3. Private Capacity and Jurisdiction

All materials are issued in the author’s private capacity as a Living Woman standing under Natural Law, not as an officer or agent of any corporation, state, or other legal fiction.
Any third party engaging with these Documents does so in honor, peace, and private capacity, acknowledging that jurisdiction rests upon mutual consent and knowledge of terms.

4. No Liability or Warranty

The author and any associated trust or foundation accept no liabilityfor the use or misuse of these Documents by third parties.
Each user bears full responsibility for their own actions, interpretations, filings, and communications arising from or related to the use of these templates.

5. Interpretation and Modification

These Documents are living instruments and may be adapted for private educational purposes in alignment with Natural Law principles.
However, any alteration or misrepresentation of the author’s original intent constitutes a breach of moral and intellectual trust.

6. Governing Principle

This work stands under the Law of Peace, Truth, and Honor, without prejudice, and without recourse to corporate statutes or maritime jurisdictions.
Use of these templates signifies agreement to these terms and acknowledgment of the author’s living authorship and lawful standing.
