1. Purpose and Scope
This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs all deliveries — whether digital or physical — made by or through the House of Delsol-Nicolaas Trust(hereinafter “the Trust”).
It ensures that each exchange or purchase is conducted in honor, transparency, and peace, according to Natural Law and private contract between living men and women.
2. Nature of Deliverables
The Trust primarily provides digital documents, including but not limited to:
From time to time, physical items such as signed certificates, books, or symbolic tokens may also be distributed through the Trust’s private channels.
3. Digital Deliveries
A. Method of Delivery
Digital materials are delivered electronically to the email address or private portal provided by the purchaser or participant.
B. Delivery Time

If an email or link is not received within the stated timeframe, the recipient must contact the Trust at the provided email address, quoting their transaction reference and date.
The Trust will verify delivery and, if necessary, reissue the materials free of charge.
4. Physical Deliveries (If Applicable)
A. Handling & Dispatch
When physical items are issued (e.g., signed certificates, printed books, or educational packages), they are handled with care and sent via secure courier or registered mail.

Tracking numbers or dispatch confirmations will be provided where applicable.
D. Loss or Damage
The Trust accepts no liability for delays, loss, or damage caused by external postal or courier services but will assist the recipient in filing a claim or reissuing the item where reasonable evidence of non-delivery exists.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Recipients outside the Netherlands-Nation or Curaçao jurisdiction are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by their local authorities.
The Trust operates as a private educational body, not a commercial exporter, and all shipments are declared accordingly.
6. Communication and Address Accuracy
All participants are responsible for ensuring that the email and mailing addresses provided are accurate and current.
The Trust shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries arising from incomplete or incorrect contact information.
7. Force Majeure
The Trust shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its lawful control, including but not limited to natural events, postal disruptions, digital outages, or acts of public authority.
In such cases, the Trust will act in honor to restore or complete delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Governing Principle
All deliveries are conducted under Natural Law — the Law of Peace, Honor, and Private Contract.
Acceptance of any material from the Trust signifies acknowledgment of these terms and the private jurisdiction of the Living Beneficiary.
