1. Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of information obtained through the private educational and lawful activities of the House of Delsol-Nicolaas Trust (hereinafter “the Trust”) and its digital publications, including the Living Law Handbook Series, templates, notices, and related materials.

It applies to all visitors, subscribers, and private correspondents engaging through the Trust’s websites, digital platforms, or private communications.

2. Principles of Lawful Processing

All data is handled in accordance with:

  • Natural Law and the inherent rights of privacy, dignity, and autonomy of the living man and woman;
  • Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) — Right to Respect for Private and Family Life;
  • and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applied where relevant to digital communications within the European sphere.

No information is collected or processed under corporate capacity or commercial claim, but solely under private trust authority and honor.

3. Information Collected

The Trust may collect the following categories of information:

A. Voluntarily Provided Data

  • Name, email address, or contact details provided through voluntary      correspondence, subscription, or purchase.
  • Any information willingly shared for educational or collaborative purposes.

B. Transactional Data

  • Records of template purchases, donations, or lawful exchanges — processed privately and securely.
  • No banking or card details are stored by the Trust; such information is handled exclusively through trusted encrypted payment providers.

C. Analytical Data (Minimal Use)

  • Basic, anonymous analytics (such as page views or downloads) may be used to improve educational reach.
  • No behavioral tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party profiling tools      are used.

4. Use of Information

Information is used strictly for:

  • Delivering requested educational materials, templates, or correspondence;
  • Fulfilling lawful agreements entered into privately between living parties;
  • Maintaining private membership or subscriber communication lists; and
  • Honoring lawful obligations of transparency, consent, and data integrity.

5. Non-Disclosure and Data Protection

All personal data is treated as Private Trust Property.
It is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties except:

  • when explicitly authorized by the living data subject;
  • when required by Natural Law duty to prevent harm; or
  • when compliance is demanded under lawful warrant or court order, properly validated and recognized under higher jurisdiction of truth and honor.

All information is stored securely with encryption and limited access.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its lawful purpose or maintain private correspondence.
Upon written request, individuals may request correction or deletion of their data under the right of erasure (GDPR Article 17).

7. Communications and Consent

By voluntarily corresponding, subscribing, or purchasing through the Trust’s private platforms, each participant consents to the lawful use of their data as described herein — for private, educational, and honorable purposes only.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to the Trust.

8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Policy stands under Natural Law and private trust jurisdiction.
Any disagreement shall be addressed privately, through peaceful correspondence and mutual understanding, without prejudice or recourse to commercial courts unless by mutual consent.

9. Amendments

The Trust reserves the right to amend this Policy periodically to remain aligned with evolving lawful and technological frameworks.
All updates shall be published on the Trust’s official platform and take effect upon publication.
